Kelp Reef? Where is it?

I'm just curious where(ish) the kelp reef is relative to IV?

With the I.V. weather station down keep an eye on the cam & consider the Victoria airport report . I.V. does have a little thermal that sets up from the S.E. occasionally . Look for clear weather with a marine layer to the S.E.
