Waves in crappy wind were oddly larger outside early (didn't see any cuz I was hunkered in the vehicle popping Morewind's pills :x ), biggest inside sets I have seen/sailed at CB later...and right at high tide when things usually flatten out. Too bad wsurfish missed THAT, work steals life forever!

I guess Gwind missed those big cleaning sets that washed all the logs up around his van, while he was sleeping or somethin'? :)
It was suprising how big the swell outside was relative to the bottie logo waves at the beach. Today was better though.... :)

KUS, work steals your life, but it also keeps you in new gear :!:

you mean apart from me someone else buys new gear  :?: or do you mean I'm the only sucker that works.... :? so I shouldn't knock it cuz I have new gear....that I don't get to use enough
And Gwind drinks way too much peppermint tea....you know what that causes...

Hope those are your rock skis, KC, i see rocks and grass in the background. My grandson got to skip a day of school to go on the opening day of Alta yesterday - they have had a metre and a half of snow already with 69 cm in the last 72 hours. Not quite Buffalo NY snow, but lots drier!

MoreForce: These are sort of rock skis.....I definitely hit a few things under the snow. The snow base is not yet packed down. Rain this week should do it....or wash it all away.

Gwind: Fluffy McSki muffin??? That is my two sons are reflected in my goggles.

Guess your still on the apple and oatmeal diet eh Keith? Just makes you look taller! That should keep you from buying all those big sails and boards you used to pack around.
