MARINE SYNOPSIS: Weak high pressure over the northeastern Pacific will
maintain fairly light onshore gradients across the waters for the
next several days. Onshore flow could begin to increase enough to
bring some west winds to 20-25 kt through the central and eastern
Strait of Juan de Fuca around Wednesday afternoon. Meanwhile, seas
will hold at generally 2 to 4 feet over the coastal waters through
the week, comprised of a mixed west and southwest swell. Cullen
