MARINE SYNOPSIS: A front is currently positioned over the coastal waters at
this time. It'll continue to push inland, bringing breezy southerly
winds along with it. Small Craft Advisories are posted for all
waters with the exception of Admiralty Inland and eastern Strait of
Juan de Fuca where a Gale Warning is posted. These southerly winds
will persist before decreasing in magnitude later tonight into
Saturday morning. In the wake of the front, a westerly push down
Strait of Juan de Fuca is in the offing maintaining, SCA winds for
this area through the day on Saturday.
We'll see conditions remain active over the weekend as moisture
continues to stream off the Pacific. Must message the chance for a
few thunderstorms over the weekend. Additional disturbances look to
continue into the beginning of next week as well. Combined seas 6 to
8 ft are expected tonight through much of the weekend.
