The back left kite, thought maybe that black dot was the kiter but looking again that’d be too far away. Only other reasonable answer is UFO.

ok, I see 4 kites and three riders on the water surface clearly....the furthest away kite I cannot see a rider

fourth kite i see a black dot in the water right about where expected for a kiter on or in the water - its on a line where the colour shifts dark to light band.
