with the 6.0 you want a big fin to push against.. if your new board came with a dinky fin that might be some of the issue with getting upwind. i agree though you are kickin ass. in this pic it looks like your top cap might be a tad loose... Laughing

I think I need shorter harness lines for this kind of sailing.

Nope - your elbows are quite bent (compare to other sailor). The gurus all say long lines help develop all the potential power. Maybe move them back a cm or two, that can help auto-sheeting.
