I'm afraid I expressed my puzzlement on the 9th at Gordons of how WDoc captured that shot in an awkward way that in hindsight could be misinterpreted as insulting: Chris u obviously have hidden talents and the pix can't purely be attributed to the great camera gear and i hugely appreciate the efforts....its not what i meant when suggesting perhaps it was the gear, you as a pro windsurfer knowing when to press the shutter ...AND you obviously also know how to use that camera gear !.. or a great combination thereof....an alternative career as an action photog may be in the offing

I really appreciate the props! For sure the gear makes a huge difference, but it helps to know a sport well enough that you can anticipate the action. No offence taken! It's funny though, people never tell cooks or chefs "Wow, your oven makes amazing meals" like they do when they say to photogs "Wow, your camera takes great pics"
