Broke my 8 degree rule and headed to the beach on Dan’s insistence. Glad I did, had a great session in the sunshine and wasn’t as cold as I had feared, lasted 2 hrs with pretty decent conditions on a falling tide. Cruises up to the dolphins and rode some swellies back down. Came in as the wind shifted a little bit more W. Even had a post sesh beer in the parking lot with puffy jacket and gloves on :? but a nice kick-off for the local season, esp if this stupid virus grounds us for a while
