Solid 20 when we got there but rigging always takes something out of it - down to 12 pretty soon after hitting the water. Got a couple flights then slogged in. Waited for 30 and went back out on a gust. 1 flight, and not quite enough. Struggled to stay upwind - was looking like a walk back up the beach was necessary, but a little patience and gambling paid off and the wind returned to 20 for a solid hour and a half. Good way to end the sesh. Sea lions swam by in front and might have seen a whale exhale in the distance near Muir. Almost as glorious as ULR had promised!
