2 hrs of crazy ass chop at Spanish Banks on 9m+surfboard strapless. So bad that I blew 50% of my gybes. Kept falling off my surfboard slamming into disorganized waves ... so trapped in Spanish Bank ... tried to make it to Acadia but no such luck for me. Maybe next time I'll put on the straps. Mix in overpowered conditions (well over W 25) made it a real struggle trying to keep upwind.
On the bright side, I know my DIY traction pad is grippy and cushy.
