Well, I had to wait for it today. Lounged around the campsite watching the outflow and thinking it was foilable, which it was but just barely. I thought it would have turned earlier but outflow stopped at 3:00pm and inflow was 10 kts by 3:30pm so went out with the 7.0 for 30 mins and when it was 14-15 went down to the 6.0 as it's much more manageable than the 7.0 which is weird as it's only 1m more but totally different feeling sail. Sailed for an hour then SB showed up just as it dropped down to 10-12kts. 30 mins later the wind was up and so was SB. She has progressed so far in a month it unbelievable!! She up foiling and steady, no ups and downs. Riding like a pro with lots of woohoo's! Just her and I out on the water. So calm and peaceful. Sailed till sunset. Sailing across the inlet from as like sailing into darkness. The sun went down and so did the wind. Came in after 62 kms with huge smile on my face! The most of the day wait was worth it. Cracked open a ice cold Corona and wind came back up but I hat was it for me. They are saying could be wind tomorrow so I'll wait till noon and see. Sitting by the fire now with glass of wine and ramen noodles.
