Arrived to 2 Wingers pumping hard. Looked okay with maybe 10kts and some stronger gusts. Tugboat came in and said it was very marginal. Thought I had to give it a try anyways. Morley showed just as I was rigging up. I decided on 6.0m and he was rigging 5.7m. Went out and was foiling pretty quickly. Went 3/4 of the way to Trial Island and waited for a gust to gybe in. It worked although it was light. Came back and found another gust to gybe in, again success but now it was much lighter. Ended up coming off the foil heading out. Waited for a gust and got going again. Then as I was 3/4 of the way to Trial again it died right off. So schlog for 10 min and catch a gust and a wave and got foiling again! Now heading back in it seemed like more gusts so decided to gybe right at the beach and head out again. Made the gybe foiling right at the beach, Sweet!! It didn't last, gybed out 300 meters and it was dead. Schlogged in and that was it. Seemed like it was picking up again so MF4 headed out to cut some kelp. Tugboat tried to give me his impact vest but I declined. Packed up and headed home for breakfast.

    BOBSON OUT!!
