    Great warm day at Cook. Gusty 4.0 to 5.0 wind. Good ramps and swell for a while. Tried lots of shuvits and had a few ok ones. It sure helps being really powered up. A couple of fwd attempts in the lulls. Winddoc going for lots of backloops and shuvits. Super Dave ripping up the swell.
