Got off work early, arrived to 12kts with a couple Wings schloggin'. Junkman waaay out there and GMAC rigging up. I was hopefuly more wind would arrive so rigged the 6.0 Flyer (new Flyer is on the way, pretty excited!) Followed Rupp-Dogg out schlogged to the end of Clover then boom, 12-15kts. Perfect! Sailed 43kms but not as quick as I'd like as it wasn't flat, too choppy and small swells on the inside. others arrived, BW, Windoc, Twizz all Winging around clock. Those Wingers really turn a lot. ha! I really have to watch downwind as they seem to always be there. Planning on going with two setups, the small board and big foil for waves and more wind and the big board and smaller foils for lighter wind and more speed. Hoping to get some speed session this long weekend. I will be trying the smaller front foils, 800 and maybe even try the 550 front foil.
