Got to the beach, Morewind all smiles dropping his big board off and reaching for the Evo for his 5.0. Sweet! Nice surprise considering I thought we'd be lucky to sail at all. I only brought big stuff and sailed to the outside to find the meatiest, most tasty swells I've ever seen at Gordo's. Dave and Mike were slaying on their Evos getting multiple turns and disappearing in the troughs. I wish I'd had my little board to take advantage of the smooth faces. Jumping was unbelievable at times. Perhaps the biggest jumps I've had on my big stuff. The inside section was light and flat. Lucky I followed Dave and Mike back in 'cause the wind shut off quickly. Back on the beach none of us could believe we'd been sailing epic swell for the last 2 hours considering how flat the inside was. Super fun.
