North or south?
With the yellow/green forecast for PL along with a light wind OSR from South Island, I drove north to Pipers. Thank you, Bobson!
Noon, light rain, 19 kts reported at Entrance Island. Nils was packing up from his windfoil session, so I got fresh info on the mornings conditions. Side on! White caps at the beach. As suggested, I found good swell just south of Clark for the first half. Later, I ventured out of the bay for Hudson Rocks following a new wind line. Adequately powered on the 5.0 for most of the session. Wind lightened in late afternoon. Retreated to the bay and switched to 6m to conclude another good day.
No complaints from the sea lions.
