Checked out SP while it was at lowish tide as recommended by rvanderbyl... and sure enough he was there on beach patrol as well! Perfect timing. I had to absorb as much knowledge of the spot as I could while he was there. thanks rvanderbyl! Can't believe how nice this beach is... still didn't want to go too far out as I don't have the water starts on lockdown yet, but actually caught a wave or two planing back to shore! Gotta keep coming back here, this place is wicked. Started to hail as I was leaving... pretty sure I was the only one there today on the water. Hopefully I can come back tomorrow.
