Needed a good session so set the alarm for 5:30. 6:30 the wind wasn't quite enough. By 7 it was go time. Got a sold session with lots of big crashes. Took the board in the back of the head after a high speed crash (helmets are good). Gibes are getting much better on my strong side. Need to sort my weak side out. Lots of happy foilers around.
