Propane used to be a deal but I saw a sign marked $0.999 the other day which means it's more expensive to operate with given 30-ish % higher fuel economy compared to liquid gas. Seems backwards!

I've owned 3 propane powered vans 2 of which I camperized myself. I just liked the fact I could have a designated fuel tank and one for the RV appliances. I always had the RV tank fitted with a line to equalize into the main fuel tank when the main tank ran out. Driving to La Ventana with both these vehicles worked great. Ran out of propane a few times down there and always made it to the next propane depot all while keeping the fridge cold!. Power loss or fuel consumption was never an issue as both vans were under two grand to purchase. This one I just posted looks a heck of a lot nicer than both of mine. On a side note this one is better suited to a kiter as that style of roof sucks for Windsurf gear.

Took a look at the ad for that classic '77 last post. It has a "built in blender". Musta been cutting edge in '77! Wow, frozen margaritas without having to dig into the appliance drawer!
