Windsurfing lessons summer 2022

Hello everyone
I would like to learn how to windsurf. Do you have any leads on how to find someone to teach me the basics? I live in Victoria but going elsewhere would not be a problem.
Also I don't have any equipment and don't really know what I need so any advice would be great
