Nitinat road Closed

Thought you might like to know that the North shore road on Lake Cowichan is closed today and tommorrow due to tarring. They were letting some folks through but they have it blocked off now down from my place.

This means we should go through Lake Cowichan if we are going to Nitninat, correct? What are odds that the North (Youbou) rd. will be open tomorrow afternoon?

Check my web cam page in the morning. There is a road report on there. I will ride down to the rent a cop around 0830 to see what the deal is.

Reports up, talked to rent a cop....see you there....basically go south side if you dont want tar on your car....if you have a piece of crap you dont care about then go North
