Hey all, I am going to be out Nitinaht way for the easter long weekend, and was wondering if others were planning to head out if weather were to cooperate?

Hi KSD,

I am seriously contemplating the same. It should be reasonably good for bigger gear, and I have (as you know, you were there) had some decent days in March/April, and its nice to have others on the lake in case of gear failure etc for rescues and the like (You saved my butt from a looooong swim 2 yrs ago in April when I blew the top out of a sail - thanks doode :)

Thanks dude, yea, well I hopefully won't be in the rain, rather under a roof out there, so shouldn't be too hardcore. For the most part I will be workin the whole weekend, but should the wind materialize, the gear will be there in a heartbeat, can guarantee that!

well the weekend out at the lake was wet and cold. On friday driving out, it litterally was a blizzard, major snow  The campsite area looks in good shape, there was no flooding that took place that I could see and the beach looks fairly clear. There was a few campers out, even in the harsh cold weather. Cant wait for the good weather to show and the wind to blow
