VANCOUVER ISLAND WINDTALK

Quick question: What is Puerto Vallarta, Mexico like for windsurfing mid-end Jan?? Is it for beginners or experts? Is there good wave sailing and wind or is it even a place to windsurf? Is there somewhere to rent gear... don't want to drag it all with me.

I have only been to PV in November and December and there was little or no wind the three times I was there. However, there are some awesome waves outside of town by Punta de Mita (spelling?). Passed Bucerias (spelling?). I'd google it and see what you can find! Good luck!
