La Vega Carnival looks interesting ... where and when is it? I assume one can kite or sail there.

Thanks for the info Asscrack. Still trying to decide where to go for winter vacation. Been to D.R. before, but wasn't a good kiter then, not that I am now, however can finally go upwind and feel like there is a few people still around when I kite, instead of ending up downwind. Always like a good party too, so La Vega Carnival is something to consider. Thanks for letting me know when it is.

As well noticed that you had pix of your Paradise...was it in the D.R.? Have you ever kited in Vietnam :?: ... am also considering going there.

Thanks for the info Asscrack. May make a trip there, may not. :? Still too far away, but am just putting my feelers out trying to find out who would come with me. Like the idea of going to Vietnam as am interested in other cultures. :D

Where's your favorite spot for wave action? For myself like the flat water for kiting, but do like waves for windsurfing. :D
