Bridge and Road Closure

Okay, with the long weekend coming up can someone please explain the bridge and road closures on the roads up to Nitnat..?? As I don't know where Siding 12 or Caycuse main are....thanx! 
Looking @ the map. Little Nitinat R. is on the Albernie side of where we turn off on Carmanah main..R. K. says in his forecast that only the people coming through Albernie (past China Cr. etc.) will loose access next weekend! Marvin
