Eagle eating deer.

On our way back from Tofino yesterday my wife and I were treated to what must be a rare sight. Just past Coombs, on the 4A we ran across a bunch of people stopped at the side of the road and a small crowd all looking at something. It was a bloody eagle! (pun intended) This bird was not the slightest bit afraid, it was just enjoying its meal. Could not care less about all us lesser mortals within 15 feet of it. Amazing.
