Sat May 27th at Canal Beach, Lots of wind&watersports, music and beer !!:)
The fourth annual Alberni Canal Downwind Challenge - Stand Up Paddle board event is happening in the afternoon.

There's an alternate race course, if the wind is outflow. The competitors will have the wind at their backs!

The first 'Kitingforkids' event "Great Foil Challenge" in Port Alberni is also happening during the ACDC event.

After the water events, there will be bands and beer gardens, with Twin City Brewing supplying the brew at Canal Beach park.
