Nice session today. Launched j_dog and then self launched and proceeded on up the beach on the windward side. Wind was quite good and fairly steady. For the first part of my session there was some nice rolling swell but as the tide flooded it turned to chop. I tried several tacks but had no luck mainly because the 10m and the amount of wind available was not enough to support me during the transition. That is to say, I have no technique and need to rely on the brute force of a large lofty kite to keep me out of the water. All good though. Came in and had some good chats and helped launch the next shift of kiters.
