First time at Squamish. Great wind, but very bizarre launch site shenanigans. Watching racers launching was a cross between a three stooges episode and the chariot race in Ben Hur: launching kites with other, non-racer, kites wrapped over lines and lines wrapped around other lines made for some pretty interesting carnage. Seemed like 8 racers take up enough space for 80. Can’t wait to get involved although I am not sure if I should emulate Spartacus or Harpo Marx! Beyond this the kiting was great. Strong, buttery wind and lots of space once on the water.
