Great rules but as long as the DANGLER  doesn’t show up, we should all be in good shape!

New Link!

Hi bigwavedave,

Can you post my page on your links page. I have been re-designing the page and bought a .ca name but have not got a server yet. In the meantime just post it as: BIG AIR WINDSURFING CLUB-OKANAGAN BC

Thanks,

Todd

Hey Chewy, I had a 10.1 for sale but I just sold it. I have a Go 200 and I use a 10.5 Sailworks Retro in Kelowna. These boards are totally wicked. The G0 will be the great choice for you. The width with a honking fin and sail will get you planing in 10 knots. I am a heavyweight hence the 200 liters....

35+ in Kelowna
20+ in Penticton
10+ in Vernon
10+ in Merritt
25+ in Kamloops
15+ in Revelstoke (Three Valley Gap Lake)

These would be the most common faces at the beach. There is the odd weekend warrior too.

El Nino on the way?

:D I heard that another El Nino may be on the way for winter 04 to fall 05. I sure hope so beacuse the snow/wind season back in 97/98 was a wicked El Nino year. Anybody else hear about it?

It got hot in July=no wind. Now its cool in August=no wind. Why us! I am down 42% at this time last year. We can only hope for the SE on Skaha this fall.

Camp fires will cost you.

$345 fine from the MOF if caught. "Light fire against regulation". That can buy you more stuff for your quiver.
