how about a few more suggestions on kite size...........230lbs and 12 meter ?? would 14 be too big ?? how about me at 190lbs looking for 15-25 knot wind range SLE ?? who fits the bill out there ??

Thanks for the replies. Here is what I did. I bought 2 inch rip stop sail tape at west marine ($15). Cleaned the area with isopropal alcohol, rounded tape corners and applied tape about one inch longer that the tear.
