This guide helped me, especially as a noob in real surf.
Oregon Coast Windsurfing Guide 2009

I liked the "Your First Day In Real Waves" section

There is much info on this site if you search for Oregon trip or BWD wavesailing camp, etc.

I am very saddened by this news. Thank you Andrei for all of your helpful technical windsurfing advice and your kind company at the beach. You have made the world a better place and have particularly enriched this community greatly. Like others have mentioned, your sudden ailment has caused me to ap...

Put me down for two zip hoodies. Something eco-conscious is good! For something different than black, I like the idea of natural cotton colour, and secondly washed out dark blue, brown, or grey. Hey, how about a stylish toque (is that an oxymoron?) or ball cap with the logo embroidered instead of sc...

I just bumped up Renfrew on the list of places to visit, especially now that I have a longboard. :) KC7777: If you can find the time/money, try the OR coast just once. I did, an...

Nice one Kus. Run it on veggie oil like the ozyvan.

Here are some vehicles that I snapped in parkinglots. I like the low profile of the pop-top campers. And the Sprinter conversions always look great, but $$$.

Nice idea. A group trip to one of these remote places (e.g. Brooks Peninsula, Nootka Island) would make a great subject for a surf buddy adventure short film. Count me in if something like this is ever planned. I'll take photos/video/audio, but ideally we'd have a local videographer like Aaron Laroc...

Very useful for when those waves rip your gear away or you eject at height. That said, if you are not windsurfing in waves the baggy suit is fine. I used ...
