Help us to save Clover Point from a massive sewage plant
Just to throw my 2 cents in, wife is a marine biologist.
A) We shouldn't be building a treatment plant in the first place, source control is a far more effective method than treatment for the chemical contaminants. People that think feces is the problem are out of touch with biology. We literally farm with shit.

B) If we are going to do this anyways, clover point or mcloughlin are probably the best locations.
