btw, someone told me to ditch the annoying synch "cleats" and rope on the ankle models because they make it tough to get on.

If you are sailing in waves - don't! I almost lost a bootie twice at PSC during wipeouts last week. Luckily I had the split toe style and managed to keep them on.

KUS wrote:Last order costs rose from 78-88$CAN but this includes all taxes, broker, duty and shipping. I expect given the weak dollar, price will be near $96 all in (~$84 & tx)

If interested- Please let me know style (round or split toe) and size...send me a message and I can start a list, thx. Hoping for September/October order.

-for those heading to Baja or Maui they might be interested in the new Kevlar version, these are a bit more and I have not tried these but if you are avoiding stingy things in the water, these might be the ticket.

Estimate $15 more for ankle, $20 for full height boots, including taxes, shipping, duty, brokerage
As it turned out, I was able to keep the regular booties cost to $94, the kevlars both ankle and calf height are only $10 more  time will tell if they wear better...

I wasn't on the regular list, but would be interested in trying a pair of the kevlar ankles. Split toe T3?
