it HAS ocean access.... and powerboats never give way on this lake as others have found out the nasty way

you can't take a sail boat with a fixed keel down the river from that far up?!?! Ocean access for smaller vessels for sure, but a saiboat that size?

Kus is right, the boats just rip on thru....a local sailor got hurt pretty bad after a powerboat driven by kids went right through his sail.
