Zara is the only women in history that has held two sailing world records at the same time. She held the women's windsurfing 500m record and still holds the outright nautical mile record.

Wow Sandy that's a blast from the past; in fact the year I bought my first short board gear as it was called then. Interesting how much a part of the sport racing was then and that they were running races even at Jordan River. I'll have to watch this on the big screen because my eyes aren't identifying people on the phone.
