If it's Ocean Rodeo, Ocean Rodeo.
If not, then Mec, or maybe Frank Whites dive shop.

Depending on the brand you can get new gaskets at MEC. I replaced a kokatat neck gasket with AquaSeal.

Cut your old neck gasket down to about 5cm remaining. Stretch it out over a pot or other object that will sufficiently hold it and stretch it.

I put my new gasket on the outside of the old gasket.

Scuff up the old gasket and the new gasket.

Apply aquaseal to the new and old gasket liberally.

And let it dry for a day or two.

This method may sound crude but it's worked wonders, the repair happend two years ago and I've got about 60 days + since then without problem.

If you get a new seal from Ocean Rodeo
After you take the old one off ,
You can use a two liter Pop bottle
place it in the seal against the suit to hold a nice
shape and tension on for a proper seal.
