Fathers Day at the lake

Post by Bobson »

I'm thinking of a Fathers' Day weekend sailing up at the lake. Racing for anyone who wants to and lots of sailing for all. Maybe a big Steak BBQ on an open fire with baked potatoes and lots of yummy stuff!! Other family members are more than welcome to come and enjoy. Women have many days throughout the year we celebrate them because they are really great!! Now it's time to get out and celebrate not only the fathers but all MEN  !! Hopefully the weather will cooperate  !!

Bobson,
Nice idea. I'll be coming up Sunday am (Fathers Day) with my Dad, probably staying until Wed. He doesn't sail but we'll stick him up on the log with his digital camera so he can get some pics of the JP FreeRace vs the Formula.

Hmm, yeah, the last time I checked guys weren't wearing bikinis but then again, thinking back about how Winddoc described Dunkinguy's leopard skin banana hammock maybe this should be re-emphasized  :?

I'm in for Fri-Sun IF the weather is good. I'm not into rain, plus my light wind board needs a nose job  So...it better be hot, sunny and rippin.
Kustard, you can come with me if you want. I think Bobson's in as well. I'm a bachelor for the next 3 weeks so it's just me and a BIG empty van 8)

bummer, got work stuff on Friday  , thx for the offer tho, Nose247. :D

If ya wanna sling around some epoxy etc. drop on by and we'll patch your board. All I's got is the denounced WestSystem crap tho, but it's worked pretty good for moi. :P

Don't you mean NoNose247!
I'll definitely take you up on the epoxy slinging. My repair skills suck :?
I'll bring the brown pops.
Next weekend looks pretty lousy right now so unless it changes drastically, I won't be going either.
