When I was last there is was usually blowing about 15knots most afternoons. Not ballistic but sailable. Take your own gear as there is not much over there. 100% duty on anything that is not made in Jamaica.

When I was in Jamaica there was a little trade wind breeze daily in Montego Bay and I don't remember any wind in Kingston. Bring you biggest gear for sure.

www.selloffvacations.com

$310 rtn taxes in

when you include $30ish rtn for the ferry that still makes it under $350
It does help having a friend pick you up at the terminal and let you crash at their place and drive you to and from the airport (which we do)!!!

As of 5minutes ago, it was still available.

Downside?? Air Canada!!! ugh

Plus side?? 1st checked baggage is free and as long as my (golf!) bag is under 50lbs, I don't even have to hide the fact that I've got kite gear in it!!!
