River swell size was definitely ~12+ feet, based on mast sizes.

I guess that explains why pistol nearly hit 50 knots and mast high with just wind swell.
Don't forget to bring a towel!

...got a piece of that myself ... Blown off 3.7 at the Hatch at 6pm - just could not sheet in! Shoulda rigged that 3.5 QU4D....
