found this stuff at the depot, Gorilla clear tape. i haven't fixed a sail yet but i patched some raingear and wore it in the woods all week. It is thicker and stickier than Tuc plus its clear! :D

Clear? Bummer. How am I supposed to fix my cracked out tail lights with it?!?

I've used the gorilla and I've used helicopter tape. The helli tape is quite a bit better but a lot more expensive. You can use it as rail tape for boards as well.

wow $70 for tape, you can get a new sail in the bwd emporium for less! :lol: :lol:

You can get it for 30, not sure why its for 70 there. I didn't look, maybe it was the mega large roll. I went with the 2inch wide and 12 foot(i think) long roll.
Anyways, nice to use clear stuff at any rate eh.
