Post by bwd »

It looks like a good cold front is on its way and is due to reach us Saturday then high pressure building in for Sunday. So maybe Island View or Columbia on Saturday and JR or Cook Street for Sunday - sounds good!

Anyone up for a Columbia Beach trip tomorrow? Or maybe Island View will get some...

SAT...SE WIND 20 TO 25 KT...RISING TO 30 TO 35 KT IN THE AFTERNOON. WIND WAVES 3 OR 4 FT...BUILDING TO 5 OR 6 FT. RAIN DEVELOPING.

SUN...W WIND 20 TO 30 KT. WIND WAVES 3 TO 5 FT. + W SWELL 24 FT SUBSIDING TO 18 FT

I am not able to make Columbia but will be out at Island View Sat. AM nice and early if there's wind. I got myself some new sails 5.2, 5.7, 6.2 and my very impressive 6.9 Ezzy Wave SE(thanx for the great deal TT). So whatever the conditions I'll be down there having fun!

Looks like nice kiting right now, steady 12kts. Puuuurfect wind for my new 6.9....damn work!!
