I'm not sure about Caddy Bay, but people might be out at Willows Beach today. Just be aware of the many dangers: high tide with logs, high wind and cold water, dog poo, etc

Clean it and then put contact cement on both contact surfaces. The epoxy might just crack off, not sure.

Apparently they are using this for the Paris Olympics. Prices are hard to find but it looks to be ~$24k.
