Re: Windfoil/Wingfoil compatibility
Unfortunately and as it used to be in windsurfing for masts, tracks and bases, there are no standards apart from the twin box for the foil mast. So you can’t usually exchange masts, foils and fuselages. Maybe Trump can make that happen, he’s a strong supporter of mono culture

Re: Windfoil/Wingfoil compatibility
just so you know you will need a bigger van lol  Ive been trying to make this work for a while now and it is really a slow process, very tiring without a longer fuselage and the mounting plate sucks. There were some good sales on windfoil boards recently at slingshot but you'd need to pick up ...

Re: Windsurf Foiling Discussion
Use your longest fuse,
- if too much lift, move rear foot forward, if still too much lift, move mast base forward.
- I move my rear foot constantly, inch forward, inch back depending on if I need more or less lift.
Same mast, fuse, foils.
- That way you only have to focus on 1 thing, YOU ...

Re: Windsurf Foiling Discussion
Hey Markus, are you riding the Wizard 125? My suggestion would be to take off the footstraps, that way you can move around and find the right balance. I could never windfoil with straps, I would always breach.
hey thanks for comments- yes Keens Wizard..a bit big perhaps but it works for now
Oh I ...

Re: Storm Riding, YOU and ME!!
Old topic and here we are: checked what seemed to be a funny flex in the reasonably new tendon mast foot…..keep cleaning and checking your gear, people. Winter isn’t over til we are in shorties, some like Gordon’s never get “summer” warmth

Re: Windsurf Foiling Discussion
I keep thinking that but foil is centered and 60fuse may be faster so harder to control but front foot pressure and mast pressure should settle it down?
In lighter wind I can try my 80 fuse.
Just crawling my lard ass up onto the board takes it out of me, waves breaking on deck doesn’t help. Once I ...

Re: Windsurf Foiling Discussion
Stubbornly sticking to my wing foil set up for wind foiling. After having some good success, yesterday was a setback, overfoiling and totally too powered I think. I felt I should still have been able to control it and even managed a couple of gybes in heavier wind with a 4.7 and 1300 but I was just ...

I sent a bunch to recycle but we can check if I have the part in front of me….pictures won’t do it.
I’m at CB
As to the rubber, try tile board silicone, the blue stuff, other options are using chunks of old bike tubes to slip over or a 6” long large heater hose 2” dia chunk sliced longitudinally

Re: Vehicles for wing foilers
I know mini vans aren’t all that sexy but with back seat removed especially and a rack for a decent wide roof pod, a single person should find ample space even to camp. Hatches work well to sit out of the rains. Too bad about all the side slider doors, loved my old vans with barn doors! Huge ...
