MARINE SYNOPSIS: No headlines are currently posted at this time. The surface trough along the coast has waned a touch and has pushed a bit inland, evident in the increase of onshore flow. Marine stratus and fog has made it over coastal waters and will remain well into the day. Any patchy fog over inland waters should mix out as the morning progresses. Onshore flow looks to increase in magnitude on Tuesday before becoming more neutral around midweek. A possible SCA may be needed in the central and eastern sections of the Strait of Juan de Fuca around Tuesday afternoon- evening. 2 to 4 ft seas are expected into midweek before increasing to 3 to 5 later on.
