Details | Classic Willows gusty carnage and variable winds. Paul looked like he was slogging on a 5m, so I got out in my 6mX3 and quickly found that I was OP'd. Switched to 4mX3 and that was great in the gusts and poor in the holes and lulls. Winds around MTI got pretty big. With flat water and lots of wind, it was a perfect gybe practice day - always lots of power waiting for you. Did repeated sine waves to build that muscle memory. Getting used to managing the gusts and all that power made for some sweet carves. Awesome warm conditions allowed more shorty winging. More days like this please! Great day with Paul and the Pope!
