| Details | Windfoiled until my ride arrived, then switched to the wing. ULR told me how to manage my leash and I promptly forgot it all. A couple foiling runs then in to the beach to recover. Pep talk from ULR and back in the ring. More foiling runs and staying upwind - for a while. Gotta work on my efficiency. I think maybe it was a bit windy for the 5 in session 2. Can't wait for a sunny 20 knot day! Walked back up the beach and onto the windfoil for the rest of the session. Still OP on the 4.5, but so much more chill with a mast to lean on! Thanks to ULR for lending me his board and foil and thanks to the wingvets for the tips and tricks. Thanks to ULR and Bobson for helping haul the gear up the beach.
