Arrived at CP to East 6-10kts. Looked to be building directly onshore at 2nd boat ramp so decided to drive around to 1st boat ramp. Wind was 10-14kts by the time I got to 1st boat ramp, Kalen arrived and started to rig, then H-Rock arrived and decided to launch at Willows as it had turned to SE and was coming into 1st boat ramp. I was still good and wanted to get out quick so launched and foiled almost right away. Foiled towards MTI and all of a sudden it died and not enough to even gybe. Looked like more was still coming but within 10 mins it was blowing less than 5kts. Kept trying for another 30 mins but alas no joy!! So turned and headed back. 2 days in a row of 1 foiling run. ugh!! Packed up and came home for a warm shower (cause it was cold this AM) and a Cold Corona. Happy Holidays everyone. Looks like gales for tomorrow. I'll be looking for some flat water somewhere, good luck!! HA!
