    Forecast is for heavier air, so hit the water at 10am. Initially had to pump the 4.5 to get onto foil. By 11:30am people were heading out with 3.0m wings, so time for lunch. It backed off around 2:30/3pm and held until 4:30, so good for another hour on the water.

    Got a few gybes in, both sides. Figured out that even a brief touchdown mid turn is enough to launch me.
