barbados kite beaches
For those of you who have been to Barbados, are Long Beach and Crane Beach OK to kite? One of the hotels that got back to me said Long Beach wasn't good, and the other hotel is walking distance to it. Also, does anyone know if the local buses allow kite gear (boards) on the bus?

Try Brian Talma, Irie Man. He has a shop, good launch and the prettiest girls.
Further east on the south coast is an Italian group from Lake Garda. They are cool, have good gear and launch.
Bus - I'm not sure about gear but possible. Just remember that large buses go only two ways - To Bridgetown or From Bridgetown. There are also mini-buses and taxis.
